Potassium sorbate: White powder or granular, very easily soluble in water, also soluble in alcohol.

Uses: Used as preservative in food industry, is effective to mold and other mushroom which likes air. The preservative effect decreases white PH value increases. The most suitable scope is PH 5-6. Potassium sorbate has no poisonous or side effect. Mainly used in soy sauce, sausage, meat and many kinds of drinks, etc.
